HR Talent Acquisition Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment and hiring processes. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and the company career page.
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring documentation.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
• Support employer branding and recruitment events when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Psychology or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is an advantage; internships are considered.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
