HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations

About the role

Coins is a leading crypto brand in the Philippines, regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. We are looking for an HR Specialist to support talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations across our fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Conduct new‑hire onboarding sessions, manage background‑check vendors and maintain recruitment records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, conflict resolution, grievance handling and HMO administration.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, collect feedback and drive follow‑up actions.
• Administer HRIS, ensure data integrity, support performance‑management cycles and internal mobility.
• Assist with learning & development programs, competency mapping and visa processing.
• Strengthen employer branding through social media, campus events and job fairs.
• Prepare HR analytics, track headcount and attrition trends, and help refine policies for compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast‑paced or multinational environment.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• High cultural awareness, adaptability and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools such as BambooHR, Lever or LinkedIn Sourcing.
