HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our fast‑growing crypto platform in the Philippines. You will partner with hiring managers, manage employee relations and drive engagement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to manage recruitment, coordinate interviews, facilitate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Conduct comprehensive new‑hire onboarding sessions and orientation programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, provide guidance on HR policies, support conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Administer HMO enrollments, updates and employee inquiries.
• Lead or support employee engagement programs, collect feedback from surveys or focus groups and drive follow‑up actions.
• Manage HRIS and employee information systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support performance management cycles, probation reviews, internal mobility and contract changes.
• Assist with learning and development initiatives, competency mapping and team development.
• Coordinate employee visa processing and documentation.
• Collaborate on employer branding, participate in social media campaigns, campus events, job fairs and HR events.
• Prepare and analyse HR metrics such as headcount, attrition trends and engagement survey results.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast‑paced or multinational environment.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
