HR Senior Generalist

About the role

As an HR Senior Generalist you will act as a strategic business partner within the Human Resources function of Therma Luzon, Inc., supporting the employee lifecycle and driving talent management initiatives. The role focuses on delivering seamless HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Attraction pillar to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring smooth handover of candidates and proper documentation of new‑hire milestones.
• Maintain data integrity of employee information across all HCM systems in collaboration with the HR Service Desk.
• Provide guidance on total rewards policies, processes, and programs to team leaders and employees.
• Support organizational changes and career planning conversations in partnership with HRBP managers.
• Monitor turnover data, conduct exit interviews for Sr. Specialist level and below, and generate insights on attrition.
• Implement labor‑law compliant programs, employee discipline policies, and employee relations initiatives.
• Facilitate performance management activities, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
• Design and execute employee engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support organizational change.
