About the role
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team in Malate, Manila. The role focuses on managing the end‑to‑end hiring process and supporting new‑hire onboarding. This is a full‑time, office‑based position.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR or recruitment roles.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
