HR Operations Coordinator – AU Construction (Hybrid)

About the role

Join ConnectOS as an HR Operations Coordinator supporting the Australian construction business. You will be at the centre of HR Operations, handling critical employment changes and helping to digitalise processes within SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and govern Job Change activities, moving from manual to automated workflows.
• Participate in a 6‑8 month transition project to systemise HR Operations in SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with the HR Operations Manager as a subject‑matter expert on business processes.
• Support process design, user/system testing and embed future‑state procedures.
• Maintain governance of Job Change coordination as digital delivery evolves.
• Prepare and review employment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Engage stakeholders proactively to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Required profile

• Experience in HR Operations, People Services or similar HR administration.
• Hands‑on experience processing employment changes in an HRIS; SuccessFactors mandatory.
• Familiarity with Australian Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
