HR Officer (Employee & Labor Relations)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Officer specialized in Employee & Labor Relations to lead strategic initiatives across our commissary sites. The role ensures industrial harmony, legal compliance, and effective management of labor and administrative cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute employee and labor relations strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for administrative investigations and lead the Committee on Discipline.
• Develop and facilitate labor relations training programs.
• Represent the company in DOLE, NLRC, and other hearings; maintain a comprehensive labor case database.
• Oversee third‑party contractor agreements, performance scorecards, and compliance audits.
• Interpret, update, and roll out Code of Conduct provisions and related policies.
• Craft labor relations strategies for business transitions and coordinate with government agencies.
• Prepare and monitor HR‑LR budget projections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or a related field.
• IR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in labor and employee relations.
• Strong background in employee relations activities and case handling, preferably in manufacturing.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
• Strong communication and administrative capabilities.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and site visits.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup in Canlubang, Laguna.
