HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our people operations and help create a positive employee experience. You will work closely with HR executives, providing clerical and administrative assistance while ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
• Compile and update digital and physical employee records for accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations.
• Assist payroll preparation by supplying data on absences, tardiness, and leaves.
• Handle complaints and grievance procedures promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate candidate communications and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
• Source and interview potential candidates to support recruitment efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or similar administrative role.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
