HR Generalist – 1 Year Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

The HR Generalist will provide end‑to‑end human resources support across core HR functions for a one‑year fixed‑term contract. This role ensures consistent application of HR policies while driving employee engagement and supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre‑employment requirements and pre‑boarding activities.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records, address concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, support conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
• Promote employee engagement by organizing company events.
• Identify training needs in collaboration with business leaders.
• Assist with payroll inputs, validation, and administer benefits such as leave, insurance, and allowances.
• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations, including office and plant common areas.
• Ensure accurate HR databases and employee records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in generalist HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Ability to handle payroll assistance and facility management tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to employee engagement.
