HR Executive – Specialist (HR & Office Administration)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive (Specialist) to join the IKEA Pasay City HR team. You will provide comprehensive HR and office administration support, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall operational excellence of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager and team with daily HR operations.
• Support the full employee life‑cycle, from onboarding to exit processes.
• Handle administrative tasks for new‑hire orientation, movement/confirmation documentation, and exit interviews.
• Follow up on New Hire Review Forms to ensure compliance.
• Research, evaluate, and enroll vendors, managing purchase orders and timely payments.
• Set up, maintain, and update co‑worker files and 201 records, and analyse HR metrics.
• Support internship and apprenticeship programs as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience with a solid understanding of all HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of local labour legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and deliver results quickly.
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven confidentiality handling and people‑management skills.
• Motivation to improve processes and support business objectives.
