HR Coordinator – Performance Management

About the role
The HR Coordinator will lead the coordination of the performance management process across all levels of the organization. This role supports the achievement of company targets and aligns with the Autohub Group's vision and mission.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and document strategic and operational planning activities.
- Manage monthly, semi‑annual and annual performance reviews for company units.
- Monitor compliance with the Autohub Performance Management System guidelines.
- Provide technical support, including coaching and feedback sessions for unit heads.
- Maintain performance‑related databases and records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in performance management or analysis (fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
