HR Coordinator – Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist

About the role

E2C International is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of consultants, from onboarding through offboarding. The role is focused on ensuring accurate documentation, system integrity, and smooth administrative processes across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access, equipment returns, and communication with consultants.
• Maintain and update trackers to document each step of the onboarding/offboarding process.
• Review reports and system data to identify missing information, flag inconsistencies, and send follow‑up reminders.
• Conduct data integrity audits across tools such as Salesforce and Rippling, comparing records and escalating discrepancies.
• Update internal operational documentation, policies, and process guides.
• Provide routine administrative support to the operations team, including basic data summaries and responding to inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination, operations, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and process‑driven.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, audits, and multiple systems.
