HR Compensation and Benefits Staff

About the role

We are looking for an HR Compensation and Benefits Staff to join our fast‑growing automotive aftermarket company. You will ensure accurate processing of statutory contributions, manage employee benefits, and support payroll operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, and BIR transactions.
• Coordinate employee enrollment, updates, claims, and benefit availments.
• Track employee leaves, attendance, and payroll‑related records.
• Validate employee data and time‑keeping records for payroll preparation.
• Respond to employee inquiries on compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports and analytics.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, HR audits, and compliance activities.
• Generate HR reports as required by management.
• Liaise with government agencies and third‑party service providers.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience with focus on compensation, benefits administration, and payroll.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government‑mandated benefits.
• Experience handling SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR, and payroll processes.
• High level of confidentiality, strong organizational and analytical skills.
