HR Business Partner

About the role

As an HR Business Partner at Trip.com Group, you will act as the primary HR advisor to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent initiatives. You will help shape a high‑performing, engaged workforce across our Philippine operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, movements, performance reviews, leave governance, and off‑boarding.
• Standardize HR workflows, maintain SOPs, optimize policies, and ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and internal governance.
• Lead HR transformation projects, leveraging automation, technology, and data to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR programs and employee experiences.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide actionable insights for business and HR decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end HR operations and leading process‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and statutory requirements.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
