HR Business Partner – Employee Relations & Talent Development

About the role

The HR Business Partner provides comprehensive HR support to employees, driving engagement, talent development, and alignment of people strategies with business goals. This role is based in Canlubang, Laguna and works closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, onboarding, and learning & development programs to build employee capabilities.
• Lead employee relations and engagement initiatives, including CSR participation and fostering a positive work environment.
• Handle labor relations matters, disciplinary cases, and ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and labor laws.
• Develop HR financial proposals, monitor budget adherence, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, quality standards, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support workforce planning by identifying staffing gaps and aligning talent development with future manpower needs.
• Conduct performance management activities, talent reviews, and succession planning up to Officer level.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement, labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and project management.
• In‑depth understanding of labor laws, job evaluation, and job analysis frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a collaborative mindset.
