HR Business Partner – Employee Engagement & Relations

About the role

The HR Business Partner Specialist will drive employee engagement and strengthen employee relations for Zenith Foods Corporation. Reporting to senior HR leadership, this role ensures HR initiatives align with business goals and supports a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Champion employee engagement programs and lead initiatives that improve employee relations across assigned accounts.
• Represent the company in government‑led learning programs on labor laws and apply the knowledge in daily operations.
• Provide line‑manager guidance to ensure consistent application of the Code of Conduct.
• Design, propose, and manage HR programs while monitoring budget utilization.
• Oversee workforce planning, ensuring all required documentation is prepared and completed.
• Develop and review job competency matrices, guaranteeing accurate documentation.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from interviewing to timely hiring for critical positions.
• Maintain and verify training records and related documentation to support employee development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement, employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and project management.
• In‑depth understanding of labor laws, job evaluation systems, and job analysis frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Canlubang, Laguna.
