HR Business Partner Director (Hybrid)

About the role

The HR Business Partner Director will lead performance management, promotion readiness, and succession planning for the Assurance Center. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute the people strategy to build strong leadership capability, talent pipelines, and a high‑performing, quality‑focused workforce aligned with regional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Assurance people strategy across the territory.
• Own leadership pipeline development, promotion readiness, and succession planning.
• Partner with Territory stakeholders, local leaders, and senior business partners to ensure consistent, scalable delivery.
• Drive people‑related quality and risk outcomes while enhancing the overall employee experience.
• Provide analytical insights and reporting to support governance and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10–15 years of senior people leadership or talent strategy experience, preferably in professional services or large matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to lead managers and build leadership pipelines.
• Experience working with regional support functions and cross‑geography partners.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Global mindset with cultural dexterity in multi‑country environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment handling sensitive people matters under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with disciplined execution.
