HR Associate – Talent & Organization Development

About the role

The HR Associate – Talent & Organization Development will create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from pre‑boarding through orientation, and support learning and development initiatives. This entry‑level position works closely with Talent Optimization, Culture and Engagement teams to foster a positive employee journey.

Key responsibilities

• Learning & Development: coordinate approved training programs, manage logistics (venue, catering, materials), monitor training budgets, maintain records, evaluate effectiveness, and prepare related reports.
• Onboarding: partner with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff after offer acceptance, verify completion of pre‑employment documents, send welcome communications, prepare onboarding kits (ID, equipment, access), conduct orientation sessions, and track milestone completion for the first 30, 60, 90 and 180 days.
• Compliance: adhere to company policies, safety rules, integrated management system procedures, and protect confidential information.
