HR Advisor – LATAM (Portuguese)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented HR Advisor to join our HR Operations team supporting the LATAM region. The role focuses on flawless execution of core HR transactions, maintaining accurate employee data, and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee and line‑manager queries related to Time, Reward, and Exit, managing cases from start to resolution.
• Update employee records in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and support reliable reporting.
• Maintain leave quotas, work schedules, and holiday calendars to enable smooth time and absence management.
• Validate data and perform timely updates to safeguard payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Process organizational changes such as promotions or downgrades by updating job data.
• Prepare and manage documentation and payments for key employee moments, ensuring precision and care.
• Produce essential HR documentation promptly and accurately to maintain transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Business‑level proficiency in Portuguese (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience in HR operations or a shared‑services environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Shell People, and Salesforce is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
