About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Hotel Reservation Agents to join our team. In this role you will handle guest inquiries and manage bookings across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound reservation inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with new bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on hotel rates, policies, and promotions.
• Document all interactions and transaction details in the reservation system.
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors promptly.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile
