Hotel Reservation Agent (Paid Training)

About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Reservation Agent to join our team in Malate, Manila. The role involves assisting customers with hotel bookings, modifications, cancellations and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth reservation experience. This is an entry‑level position with full paid training and opportunities for growth in the BPO industry.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries for hotel reservations and accommodation bookings.
• Assist customers with booking confirmations, changes, cancellations, and modifications.
• Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
• Ensure smooth and efficient reservation processing.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college degree is an advantage).
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work onsite in Malate, Manila on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
