Hotel Reservation Agent – Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Reservation Agent to join our fast‑paced BPO team in Malate, Manila. In this role you will assist guests with hotel bookings, handle reservation‑related inquiries, and ensure a smooth, hassle‑free experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Assist guests with new bookings, cancellations, rebookings and modifications.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Document all interactions in the system and meet quality, productivity, and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college education is a plus).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Willingness to work onsite in Malate and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
