Host/Hostess – Guest Services at Restaurant

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Host or Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide diners to their seats, and ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and escort them to their tables.
- Provide menus and answer initial questions about the dining experience.
- Monitor table rotations and track ready tables for incoming guests.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle take‑out orders when needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized host station.
Required profile
- At least two years of experience in a fast‑paced dining environment (preferred, but training is offered for the right candidate).
- Warm, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for food and customer service.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver a memorable guest experience.
- Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a high‑volume setting.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
