About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Host or Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide diners to their seats, and ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the dining area.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a smile and escort them to their tables.
  • Provide menus and answer initial questions about the dining experience.
  • Monitor table rotations and track ready tables for incoming guests.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle take‑out orders when needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized host station.

Required profile

  • At least two years of experience in a fast‑paced dining environment (preferred, but training is offered for the right candidate).
  • Warm, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for food and customer service.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver a memorable guest experience.
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a high‑volume setting.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
