Hospitality & Reservations Coordinator – Remote (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Hospitality and Reservations Coordinator to manage guest interactions and support daily operations of our hospitality business. This permanent, work‑from‑home position serves as the primary point of contact for guests, handling everything from inquiry to post‑booking follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist guests with booking accommodations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate reservation calendars and booking records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Perform administrative duties, data entry, reporting, and document management.
• Track wedding, event, and guest‑related payments, record incoming payments, and liaise with the accounting team.
• Support social media content scheduling and basic marketing initiatives (preferred).

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or property management.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to balance guest‑facing duties with behind‑the‑scenes administrative tasks.
