Hospitality Listing Specialist

About the role

Bnberry is seeking a Hospitality Listing Specialist to lead the onboarding of new hotel partners onto our platform. You will ensure listings are accurate, compelling, and optimised for maximum visibility across short‑term rental and OTA channels.

Key responsibilities

• Guide hotel clients through the onboarding process, collecting and verifying property details, amenities and unique selling points.
• Create and optimise listings on multiple platforms, ensuring correct descriptions, photos and pricing.
• Provide training and ongoing support to hotel staff on best practices for listing management and guest engagement.
• Monitor onboarding progress, resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that boost listing visibility and drive bookings.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor approaches to continuously improve onboarding procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in hospitality onboarding, OTA management or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
