Hospitality Guest Experience Agent

About the role

Sosuite Inc is seeking enthusiastic Guest Experience Agents to join its remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for guests staying at our design‑forward, tech‑enabled properties, ensuring every interaction is smooth and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, text, email, and booking platforms.
• Guide guests through the Sosuite stay experience, addressing requests and troubleshooting minor technology issues such as unit access, Wi‑Fi, and payment problems.
• Collaborate with operations to schedule tasks and support finance in capturing ancillary revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of guest communications and issue resolutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Flexible schedule, including overnight and weekend availability aligned with EST.

• Proficiency with multiple software applications and digital communication tools.
