Healthcare Trainer – US Visa Required, Travel to US

About the role

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Trainers to support a Healthcare BPO account with the opportunity to travel to the United States for onsite training assignments. The role involves delivering training programs, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer during a 1‑2 month stay in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for healthcare BPO personnel.
• Provide onsite training support in the US for a period of one to two months.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions.
• Adapt training materials to meet client-specific healthcare standards.
• Work flexible and shifting schedules to align with client operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Healthcare Trainer within the BPO industry.
• Valid US visa and an active passport.
• Willingness to reside in the US for 1‑2 months for training support.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to shifting work schedules.

Required skills

• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Experience handling healthcare accounts.
