Healthcare Risk & Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Healthcare Risk & Compliance Specialist will support Bon Secours Mercy Health’s global compliance operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that case management, screening, reporting, and policy adherence are executed consistently across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor healthcare compliance cases from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct screening activities to verify adherence to regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of compliance policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in healthcare risk management or compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
