Healthcare Recruiter – RN & PRN Staffing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Recruiter specialized in healthcare staffing. You will manage full‑cycle recruitment of Registered Nurses (RNs) and expand our PRN (as‑needed) nurse pool while working remotely on US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage Indeed Resume, internal databases and local healthcare platforms to source qualified RNs.
• Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of active and passive RN candidates.
• Grow and nurture a flexible PRN nurse pool ready for rapid deployment.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and verify clinical compliance.
• Track candidate progression and maintain high‑touch communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain data on PRN nurse availability, PTO and geographic preferences.
• Coordinate with scheduling and clinical leadership to align nurses with patient‑family needs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume healthcare or nursing staffing.
• Strong understanding of nursing credentials, licensing and PRN workforce dynamics.
• Highly organized self‑starter capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Advanced hands‑on experience with Indeed for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
