About the role

The Head of Training Facility & External Physician Affairs leads the company’s healthcare training centre while cultivating strong relationships with physicians and medical institutions. This senior medical professional ensures high‑quality, competency‑based training programs are delivered and that external physician engagement aligns with the organisation’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the healthcare training facility.
• Manage specialised training programmes such as Ultrasound, 2D Echocardiography, Phlebotomy and other competency‑based courses.
• Coordinate PRC Continuing Professional Development (CPD) lectures and educational activities for healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, specialists and medical institutions.
• Represent the organisation at conventions, medical events and external engagements.
• Visit medical schools, residency programmes and training institutions to support physician sourcing and talent‑pipeline initiatives.
• Ensure all training and external‑affairs activities comply with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Licensed physician with at least 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, training or project‑management experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence in representing the organisation in professional and external settings.
