Head of School

About the role

The CCF Life Academy Foundation Inc. is seeking a visionary Head of School to launch and lead a new K‑12 campus in Manila. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will shape the academic, operational, and spiritual environment of a Christ‑centered school that aligns with the foundation’s mission to raise Christ‑honoring leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, open, and oversee all aspects of a new school campus, including facilities, staffing, curriculum, and student services.
• Develop and implement academic programs such as the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and Cambridge curriculum.
• Lead accreditation efforts with ACSI, WASC, and other relevant bodies.
• Manage budgeting, finance, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable operations.
• Foster a culture of Christian values, integrity, and academic excellence among faculty, staff, students, and families.
• Collaborate with the System Services team and report progress to the Executive Director.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior K‑12 leadership, preferably within a Christian or faith‑based school setting.
• Demonstrated ability to launch or significantly grow an educational institution.
• Strong commitment to the foundation’s core values of love, leadership, integrity, innovation, faith, and excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and community‑building skills.
