Head of Finance & Corporate Treasurer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Head of Finance & Corporate Treasurer to lead the finance function of our client’s Philippine operations. The role combines day‑to‑day financial management with strategic partnership to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with global policies and local regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision‑making.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, working‑capital optimization and treasury activities.
• Oversee banking relationships, financing arrangements and monitor foreign‑exchange exposure.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing, and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Establish strong internal controls, governance frameworks and ensure statutory, tax and corporate reporting compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop the local finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• 3–5 years in a finance leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, treasury operations and compliance.
• Experience working in multinational organizations or reporting to regional/global headquarters is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
