Head of Commercial Development (O+O)

About the role

The Head of Commercial Development will lead the overall commercial strategy and both offline and online (O+O) operations for the LOOK At Me store. This senior position is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing risk, and ensuring alignment with commercial and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies that increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct retail market research to identify expansion and business development opportunities.
• Perform risk assessments and due diligence for new account acquisitions.
• Negotiate and manage trade partner agreements, including Trading Term Agreements.
• Oversee total P&L management, coordinating project teams to deliver initiatives.
• Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to optimize costs and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial strategy, retail growth, or business development.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess market opportunities and risks.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills with trade partners.
• Track record of managing P&L and delivering profitable projects.
