Guest Services Specialist – US Short-Term Rentals (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Services Specialist to manage front-line communication for a national portfolio of short-term rental properties. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will respond to guest inquiries via Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, phone and text, ensuring a five-star experience and smooth hand-off to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest messages and calls across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, phone and text, meeting response-time SLAs.
• Oversee daily guest-service operations during assigned shifts and coordinate coverage with U.S.-based and virtual assistants.
• Resolve common guest issues (door codes, check-in problems, FAQs) quickly and accurately.
• Escalate maintenance or property-readiness problems to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the case.
• Monitor dashboards, tasks and messages to keep properties guest-ready and ensure timely completion of all tickets.
• Record interactions, issues and resolutions in the PMS and Breezeway systems for visibility and accountability.

Required profile

• Full-time availability with flexible schedule, including rotating weekend coverage after training.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, 24/7 environment.
• Strong judgment, urgency and attention to detail when handling guest requests.
