About the role

We are looking for a remote Guest Experience Specialist to ensure seamless digital hospitality for high‑volume restaurant brands. You will be the key driver behind accurate catering quotes, financial adjustments, and guest satisfaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer flawless catering pipelines by cross‑verifying guest data, building precise quotes, and managing omnichannel triggers in Zendesk.
• Protect the brand’s reputation by handling metrics in Yext, deploying automated macros, and addressing negative feedback in Toast.
• Balance the books by auditing tax exemptions, executing order reversals, and processing failed resubmissions in OLO.
• Cultivate customer loyalty by auditing wallet balances in Paytronix and managing gift‑card infrastructure.
