Guest Experience Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Expert to join our Sheraton hotel in Manila. In this full‑time position you will be the face of the property, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests throughout their stay, handling inquiries and requests promptly.
• Process operational tasks such as check‑in, check‑out, and incident reports.
• Provide local area information and recommend hotel amenities.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and standards.
• Perform light physical duties, including moving items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift light objects.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and quality standards.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for processing reservations and reports.
