Kitchen Support Expert – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Kitchen Support Expert ensures smooth operation of hotel kitchen and dining areas by handling cleaning, dishwashing, and basic food‑service preparation tasks. Working across the kitchen, food‑and‑beverage outlets, and employee dining rooms, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining ware according to hotel standards.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and hand‑wash stations.
• Transport dishware and supplies between kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Willingness to work extended periods on feet in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• No formal education or prior experience required.
