Growth and Social Media Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Growth and Social Media Lead to own end‑to‑end marketing for a pre‑launch women’s telehealth platform. Based in the Philippines, you will shape the go‑to‑market narrative, drive content creation, manage our in‑house automation engine and grow our social and influencer community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a 90‑day GTM narrative and content calendar translating clinical and product strategy into social, email and top‑of‑funnel campaigns.
• Operate and continuously improve the in‑house automated marketing platform, designing prompts and workflows to produce on‑brand assets such as threads, carousels, Reels, TikToks and emails.
• Maintain quality control and compliance for all published materials.
• Build and nurture community engagement across Instagram, TikTok and email, handling comments, DMs, live sessions and Q&A.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and ambassadors, creating partner kits and ensuring all clinical claims remain attributed to board‑certified OB‑GYNs.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer with a proven track record of owning full‑funnel growth initiatives.
• Deep understanding of content strategy, paid and organic acquisition, and influencer collaborations in women’s health.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently, with no access to patient data.
