Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

This full‑time remote position supports an established Australian property development and construction group. You will create compelling visual content from CAD drawings, photography and 3D renders and distribute it across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Transform CAD drawings, photos and 3D renders into marketing assets for residential, commercial and co‑working projects.
• Produce location‑based graphics and integrate floor plans into designs.
• Manage daily posting on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Track performance metrics, optimise content and report results.
• Collaborate directly with the leadership team and work autonomously during Australian business hours.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in property, real‑estate or construction.
• Proficiency with CAD manipulation and 3D rendering software.
• Experience using AI design tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Demonstrated social‑media posting experience on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of performance analytics and content optimisation.
• Fluent English communication and ability to work independently.
