Graphic Designer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Instructure is seeking a versatile, solution‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its creative team remotely from the Philippines. You will transform complex educational content into clean, impactful visual stories that support global marketing initiatives and reach millions of educators and learners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the Instructure learning ecosystem across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints.
• Create multi‑channel assets for global campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and long‑form content.
• Design event materials for large‑scale gatherings such as InstructureCon, covering Zoom backgrounds, presentation graphics, one‑pagers, and social media kits.
• Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and channel managers to ensure a cohesive user journey.
• Manage a high‑volume ticket queue via Asana and keep an organized library of brand assets for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards for color contrast and digital design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma.
• Basic animation skills.
• Familiarity with AI design tools.
• Bonus: Motion graphics or video editing skills using After Effects or Premiere.
