Graphic Designer – Print Media & Prepress Specialist

About the role

As a Graphic Designer you will create and prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely delivery across multiple projects. The role focuses on heavy-text layouts and multi-page publications, requiring strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and print production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret design briefs and stakeholder requirements.
• Deliver high-quality artwork on schedule.
• Follow established production workflows and tools.
• Prepare pre-press final artwork packages.
• Manage revisions and handle multiple design projects efficiently.
• Coordinate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.
• Work on heavy text layouts and multi-page documents/publications.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in print media, publishing, advertising or similar industries.
• Degree or diploma in Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related field.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working on a NORAM shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Hands-on pre-press and print production experience.
• Strong layout and typography skills with portfolio samples.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (good-to-have).
