Graphic Designer – Paid Social Production

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support high‑volume paid social creative production. The role focuses on executing static ad creatives from provided briefs, emphasizing speed, consistency and output at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ad creatives based on provided briefs.
• Execute multiple variations of creatives for testing.
• Maintain consistency in layout, branding and formatting.
• Produce variations across different hooks, messaging and formats.
• Support high‑volume output requirements and adapt creatives based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and team.
• Manage deadlines and deliver consistent output.
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.

Required profile

• Experience in graphic design for social media or ads.
• Strong execution ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and handle high output volume.
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy and visual clarity.
• Preferred experience with ecommerce or paid social creatives.
• Familiarity with direct response ad formats.
• Experience in fast‑paced or production‑heavy environments.
