Graphic Designer

About the role

eigital is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visual assets that communicate the brand across digital and print channels. The role combines hands‑on design work with team leadership, collaborating closely with marketing, sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design graphics for web pages, banner ads, social media, email campaigns and corporate collateral.
• Produce high‑impact visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Use Canva for rapid content creation and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for complex designs.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine concepts and obtain final approvals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Evaluate design team performance, set goals and mentor junior designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital‑focused environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of media and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to non‑design stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Canva.
• Expert use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing and basic web design.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
