Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to strengthen our design team and help produce high‑quality marketing materials that support the sales organization and improve internal communication. The role focuses on creating visual assets that make a strong impression in sales meetings and enhance brand awareness across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Customize finalist presentations and other sales‑focused collateral.
• Collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts to translate their needs into effective visual solutions.
• Design marketing and communication materials that align with brand standards.
• Develop motion‑graphics projects and explore innovative design techniques.
• Continuously acquire new design skills through mentorship, training, and online courses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of design experience with a customer‑service orientation.
• Strong command of English spelling, grammar, and writing.
• Ability to recognize branding patterns and maintain visual consistency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Creative problem‑solving abilities and refined aesthetic sensibilities.
