Graphic Designer

About the role

Awesome CX by Transcom is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its Davao team. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual assets that support marketing campaigns across digital and print channels while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality marketing assets for email, social media, e‑commerce, paid media and wholesale channels.
• Create landing pages, responsive layouts and campaign visuals, handling image selection, motion design and final asset delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to develop moodboards, visual concepts and test new ideas for CRM, social and paid campaigns.
• Maintain design quality by managing file exports, QA, Figma documentation and continuously improving workflows using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking and typography skills.
