Graphic Designer II

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Graphic Designer II to support corporate leadership by creating high‑impact visual presentations and proposals. The role focuses on turning business objectives and raw data into clear, compelling storyboards and slide decks that align with Dexcom’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and format visually appealing presentations and proposals for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, branding, marketing, and presentation teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, assigning projects and balancing workloads.
• Analyze data, interpret findings, and create data visualizations.
• Develop storyboards that translate business goals into visual narratives.
• Create and maintain presentation templates, ensuring consistent fonts, borders, and styles.
• Convert handwritten notes, diagrams, or whiteboard images into charts and graphics.
• Ensure all deliverables follow Dexcom brand guidelines set by the Design Head or Marketing Department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design with a focus on presentation creation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a design team.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
