Graphic Designer – Creative Production Support

About the role

The Graphic Designer provides primary support to the Creatives Team, handling visual content from concept through delivery. This role blends production logistics, on‑set shooting, and post‑production expertise to create high‑quality fashion retail assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support all phases of content creation, from pre‑production planning to final delivery.
• Assist with technical shoot execution, including camera, lighting, and sound setup.
• Provide on‑set support as secondary shooter, capturing B‑roll and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Perform end‑to‑end photo and video editing, retouching, color grading, and asset optimization for digital platforms.
• Maintain organized digital file structures, backups, and studio equipment.
• Handle logistical tasks such as documentation, expense tracking, equipment transport, and research on visual trends.

Required profile

• Proven expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, professional lighting, and audio recording workflows.
• Demonstrated ability in photo/video editing, visual storytelling, and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and resource‑focused mindset.
• Interest in fashion retail and current social trends.
