Graphic Designer and Content Specialist (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

Hunt St connects Australian companies with remote talent in the Philippines. Its client, which works directly with the founder across three Australian brands in mortgage lending, skincare and daily multivitamins, is hiring a Graphic Designer and Content Specialist. The role is 100% remote, paid $2,000-$3,000 AUD per month under an independent contractor agreement, and is expected to align with Australian business hours (about 9 AM-5 PM, Monday to Friday) while giving the contractor flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Create static and video creative for Meta ads, email marketing and social media across multiple brands
• Produce mortgage advertising focused on non-bank specialty lending and debt consolidation
• Turn raw skincare footage into polished 15-20 second video ads, alongside static creative
• Create content for a growing daily multivitamin supplement brand
• Develop multiple creative variations from winning concepts, hooks and formats
• Review creative performance using Meta Ads Manager data such as hook/hold rate and CTR
• Work from existing winners and produce new variants quickly, without waiting for detailed briefs
• Use AI throughout the workflow, including AI image generation, video, voiceover, editing, enhancement and upscaling
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative to different audiences and offers
• Support email creative for a database of 10,000+ HubSpot contacts and help build social content where needed

Required profile

• Experienced graphic designer and video editor, not someone needing training from the ground up
• Live digital advertising experience, not just portfolio pieces
• Strong understanding of what makes an ad visually compelling and of short-form video hooks, pacing and retention
• Able to work independently and move quickly without extensive hand-holding
• Philippines-based candidate

Required skills

• Hands-on AI tools: image (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana), video (Veo, Sora, Runway), voice (ElevenLabs) and upscaling (Topaz)
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and Canva (genuine requirement, with brand kit experience)
