Graphic Designer – Advertising & Editorial (Hybrid)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce advertising and editorial layouts for its clients. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site at the Mall of Asia Complex and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design advertisements using Adobe InDesign based on provided copy.
• Prepare ePaper/eMag documents and upload them to the company’s internet site.
• Lay out editorial pages, books, brochures, and magazines, ensuring high quality before sending to press.
• Obtain client approvals for adverts and manage workflow through the company‑built Star Production System and SCMS.
• Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager and supervisors, handling queries and supporting one department (advert, editorial, classified, or flat plan) as needed.

Required profile

• Experience designing advertisements and commercial layouts.
• Familiarity with web‑based graphic resources and ePaper/eMag preparation.
• Ability to follow editorial system operations and company production flow.
